These terms and conditions (the “Terms”), apply to all registrants and participants at Events (in each case as defined below). Your attendance at an Event indicates your agreement to these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms the following capitalised words and expressions have the meanings set out against them below:

"we/us/our/Company": Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd.

“Business Day”: a day, not including a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, when ordinary banks are open for their full range of normal business in Malaysia.

“Content”: materials, data, information and products provided by the Company or its event partners at, relating to or forming part of the Event.

“Event”: an event operated by or on behalf of the Company including a conference, exhibition, convention, congress, summit, seminar, webinar, meeting, workshop, award dinner, public training, private or bespoke training, and Online Events.

“Event Dates”: the dates on which the Event is scheduled to take place.

“Event Sponsor”: a person or company which has entered into a sponsorship agreement with the Company or its partners in relation to an Event.

“Event Venue”: the venue at which a physical/virtual Event is held.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.1 The Company hold all rights, and interest to all intellectual property used in conducting the event/training and all intellectual property as a result of the performance of the event/training.

1.2 You SHALL NOT:-
a) alter any of the Company intellectual property of the Event Contents; or
b) copy or reproduce the Contents of the Event; or
c) sell the intellectual property of the Contents or supply any of them to third parties.

1.3 If you are found to have violated any of our intellectual property, the Company has the rights to remove you from the Event and all supporting system without prior notice.

2. Liability & Indemnification

2.1 All presentations, examples, alerts given during and after the event/training is for educational purposes only as Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd is not an investment company with an Investment advisor license.

2.2 The Company shall not be responsible for ANY losses in your own investing or trading account. You agree to indemnify Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd against all loss or damage that you may suffer as a result by Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd, any of its affiliations or representatives. In witness whereof, the parties have executed this contract, the date and year stated on enrollment.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 The Event operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.

3.2 This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance.

4. Changes to Event

Although the Company’s event programmes are correct at the time of publication, we may exchange the format, content, Event Venue, speakers, hosts, moderators and/or timing of an event, including a change from a physical event to an online event. The company shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify all Participants of any such changes prior to an Event.

5. Amendment

The Company may make amendments to these Terms from time to time. Any such amendments shall be posted on the Event website. Amendments will be effective immediately on the amended Terms being posted on the Event website and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you attend the Event.
